The Icons
We didn’t set out to create Icons, they materialized through our belief that pieces should be designed to live and made to last. These are the garments that share your journey through daily wear. It’s style that lives with you.
Intentionally crafted, timeless style, and carefully perfected over time. These are the pieces that have earned the name “Icon.”
“I like that these pieces have a story to it and that they have a life. It started here, it went there, it grew up, and it’s still part of our family.” — Billy
Bond Peacoat
Since its NYFW runway debut, this peacoat has been a bestseller. It’s unlined to keep it lightweight and made of sturdy melton wool to reject pilling. Named after our former shop on Bond Street in Manhattan, it serendipitously caught the eye of James Bond himself. Daniel Craig loved this classic peacoat so much that he asked wardrobe to use it in “Skyfall.”

Shoals Denim Shirt
Nothing has changed about this piece since its first design. In fact, Billy still wears the original sample, now beautifully faded and frayed. We love its broken-in feeling and how it gains character with each wear. We wear ours in the winter as a layer or in the summer as a lighter jacket.

Dover Sweatshirt
This piece came out of Billy’s frustration with his sweatshirts and how the elbows kept wearing thin while riding in his Jeep. He decided to make his own sweatshirt and add leather elbow patches to not only minimize wear and tear, but give it an unexpectedly luxe look. It feels like something you've had for years and washed over a hundred times.

Blake Jacket
We’ve created a lot of iterations, but we kept going back to the original. We love that it’s a mix between a racer and a traditional moto jacket. It’s light, versatile, and has a soft, supple lambskin that’s crafted to move with you from the moment you put it on. Built for your everyday life, this leather will tell your story with every crease and fold.

Pensacola Polo
Making its debut on the 2002 NYFW Spring runway, we loved its color saturation and super-soft handfeel. But, we knew we could make it better. So in 2008, Billy made some fit adjustments, and the rest is history—a beloved piece customers keep coming back to, season after season.

Moleskin Cochran Jean
Before Billy Reid there was William Reid, and Billy showed these jeans for that collection. Since then there have been a few updates, but there are two constants: the soft brushed cotton and the unique back pockets (one traditional and one double welted with a bar tack). Named after Billy’s buddy and co-baseball coach, these pants are beloved by many and made to be worn every day.

Savoy Suede Workshirt
A hard-working shirt that always looks as luxe as it is soft—that’s the Savoy. It has the effortless wear of a western shirt with the confidence of a tailored garment. We do everything in it, from building furniture to getting dinner with friends. It’s one of those pieces that patinas beautifully and just gets better with age.

MSL 1-Pocket Shirt
We like when a piece has more to it than meets the eye. We took inspiration from classic denim design and brought selvedge detailing to the shirt’s construction: on the wearer's left pocket, at the cuff, even on the secret coin pocket under the collar point. It's simple, thoughtful, and dresses up or down with ease.
